You will enjoy swimming and refreshing yourself on a hot day, or simply resting quietly by the pool. The villa stands on a gentle south-facing slope, in a warm and sunny location, located 1:30 hour from the Mediterranean Coast, and 2 miles from the lively little town of Anduze (more below), where you can also swim in the Gardon River. The surrounding countryside is superb for walking and for many other outdoor activities. The villa is in a quiet area, with just a few houses nearby, and a beautiful view over the pasture below, mountains to the West, and the distant horizon to the East. |

INSIDE THE VILLA...
The villa is comfortable and well furnished. It is spacious and fully equipped for 8 people. The villa offers a warm atmosphere with large wooden beams in the ceilings, chestnut wood doors and windows, and traditional earth tile floor. The spacious living room has a high ceiling and French doors which open onto a large south-facing terrace. Open Kitchen: Sunny and fully equipped with fridge, stove and dishwasher, and anything needed to cook Dining Room area: Fully equipped for 8 guests to enjoy your meals around a solid wooden table Living Room area: You will sit comfortably around the fireplace, to chat, play cards, or read a good book, and enjoy the view! Terrace: You will enjoy the villa's terrace with its panoramic view where you can take your meals or rest and relax. During the evenings, you can admire the stars and feel the peace and warmth of the air. 4 Bedrooms: Sleeps 8 - 2 bedrooms with queen beds - 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, fully equipped with pillows and comforters (linen optional) 2 1/2 Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and WC 1 bathroom with shower, and sink, part of master bedroom Second WC separated from bathrooms Laundry facilities: Washing machine Dryer |

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN ANDUZE...
In Anduze you will find grocery stores, boulangeries, tabacs, weekly farmers markets and fairs, banks, pharmacies and medical doctors, newspapers and bookstores. There are also many beautiful local crafts, antiques stores, as well as a tourism office, and a wide selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Here you will enjoy the Provençal cooking and local wines. You will love the treasures of the weekly flea market. There is also the opportunity to attend Catholic and Protestant church services.
